Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to our international customers
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries regarding flight control and actuation systems, particularly in UAV applications
• Support the integration to our customers' application
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance for repairs and system upgrades
• Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Sales to drive product improvements
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations

Qualifications

• Initial practical experience with flight control systems or UAV control systems is a strong plus
• Solid technical understanding of servo/actuation systems
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction
• Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
