As part of the Intralox Food division, you will primarily manage customers in the Fruit, Vegetable, Dairy, Pet Food, and Confectionery segments. Based in your home office in southern Germany, your territory encompasses southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your Role:

• Manage and develop existing and new customers in your territory.
• Understand market potential and define sales forecasts and business plans.
• Implement proactive territory management to best maximize time and resources to grow the business.
• Maintain frequent contact with target accounts (End-Users & OEMs).

Who You Are:

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an added advantage.
• 3+ years of B2B experience working across multiple countries with demonstrated adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
• Strong technical affinity with a proactive, self-managed approach.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (averaging three days per week) throughout the territory and occasionally abroad.
