This role is part of our Personalised Creative team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including Meta, Google, Walmart, and more!

JOB PURPOSE

The right candidate will be experienced in managing the end to end creative process from brief to execution, be proactive in recommending how they engage and inspire customers, whilst leveraging technology to improve campaign performance and deliver on best practice digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Translating business propositions into inspiring and engaging marketing campaign plans and executing these across owned channels (onsite, mweb, app and email).
  2. Evolution of creative campaign development based on consumer insight, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  3. Developing channel plans and optimising campaigns across digital channels.
  4. Management of internal stakeholder relationships to meet briefing deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
  5. Improvement of campaign personalisation and targeting to maximise relevancy and performance across different customer segments.
  6. Working with the planning and propositions team to identify consumer patterns and trends to ensure all customer audience segments receive relevant content.
  7. Presentation of campaigns to senior stakeholders to engage, influence and inspire.
  8. Management of cross-functional relationships and proactively coaching other members of the team to deliver best in-class marketing campaigns.
  9. Management of new tech development onboarding – staying ahead of the curve on the product roadmap.
  10. Own and optimise all digital marketing activity, across channels to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  11. Analysis of real-time channel performance and in-depth post-campaign analysis.
  12. Provide actionable insights and learnings for ongoing campaign optimisation.
  13. Operate as a creative adviser and technical expert to the marketing leadership team.
  14. Act as brand guardian for all owned channel activity.
  15. Always look for ways to improve the performance of each channel and of the campaign overall.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  1. Extensive experience gained in a marketing role.
  2. We’re looking for someone who thrives on identifying and implementing innovative marketing tactics to deliver commercial results.
  3. An in-depth knowledge of B2C marketing and campaign delivery, blending technical expertise and knowledge of customer engagement tactics, is essential.
  4. Proven experience in translating marketing propositions to best in class marketing campaigns.
  5. Proven experience in defining the owned channel execution strategy, planning and subsequent execution of large-scale multi-channel retail campaigns e.g. Christmas, Black Friday.
  6. Experience in owning the go to market plan for large scale campaigns requiring collaboration and alignment across multiple business functions and regions.
  7. Experience in campaign optimisation and in-depth post-campaign analysis to drive the best possible outcomes and ensure clear and actionable learnings.
  8. Customer centricity – ability to provide customer-driven thinking while being operationally focused to drive execution.
  9. Independent and creative problem solver who is passionate about enhancing the user experience.
  10. Expert in digital marketing with proven track record of delivering impactful, integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  11. Technical understanding of digital marketing platforms, email marketing, dynamic content, segmentation, integration and activation.
  12. Fluency in both German and English is required.
