About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate will focus on gathering and executing marketing deliverables, managing conference operations and planning, and overseeing project management for new initiatives.

This role is crucial for ensuring our ambitious projects are executed flawlessly and contribute to our rapid growth. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can take on any challenge. Whether you bring projects to completion yourself or find the right resources to get the job done, your ability to ensure seamless execution is key.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Management for New Initiatives:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of new projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-department teams for flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and report on project status to senior management.

Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure team adherence.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to identify and resolve operational issues.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses to achieve cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to gather requirements and assets for campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to align marketing materials with guidelines and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Conference Operations and Planning:

  • Plan and execute all logistics for conferences, including booth design, scheduling, and coordination with the partnerships team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners for conferences.
  • Ensure all conference activities align with Brkfst.io’s strategic goals and brand image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail, and high levels of versatility in operating abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
