You assume responsibility for the quality, profitability, and continuous development of your product portfolio, making a key contribution to strengthening our market position. Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle—from initial idea and development to market launch and phase‑out.
• Develop a clear, forward‑looking product roadmap and guide it through to commercialization.
• Observe and analyze relevant market segments, technological trends, applications, materials, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into solid decision‑making foundations.
• Prepare precise and structured marketing requirement specifications to steer product development and ensure successful product launches.
• Maintain active communication with customers, sales partners, and the market; regularly visit clients and trade fairs, and systematically incorporate collected feedback into portfolio development.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering (HF/FH/ETH or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in product management or an industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and confident appearance.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Enthusiasm for cross‑functional and international collaboration.
