Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, it’s your chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us!As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customer inquiries or complaints.If you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, join us as a Service Advisor and become an essential part of our team.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.* Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.* Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.* Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.* Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.* Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.* Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.* Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.**Skills and Qualifications*** Experience in automotive field.* 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.* CDK experience.* Aptitude for numbers.* Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.* Competitive Compensation - whether you are working in sales, service, parts, or in a support function, Pfaff offers a competitive compensation package.* Health Benefits – full-time employees have access to health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance.* Growth Potential – we want to support your success!
