• Coordinate day to day administrative functions;
• Accounts payable cycle, processing invoices, weekly payment run and month end supplier statement reconciliation;
• Assisting with accounting period close and account reconciliations including Dealer final reconciliation process;
• Providing administrative support to marketing team on advertising and marketing campaigns;
• Generate various reports for the sales and management teams;
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory;
• General office duties and responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
• Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is a plus;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to detail.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with occasional visits to the production facility or laboratory. Appropriate safety equipment must be worn when entering these areas.
