Senior Experience Designer

Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Design + Innovation team is looking to add a Senior Experience Designer to help visualize and craft the future of hardware/software at Lenovo. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, integrating user feedback, staying updated on emerging technologies, and creating harmonious software and hardware solutions for industry-leading user experiences. The position also involves visualizing future interactions, managing relationships, and adding value beyond the job description.

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in hardware/software design or user experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent portfolio showcasing interactions and prototypes
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints
• Ability to visualize complex concepts
• Experience building relationships with partners
• Proficiency in various design tools
• Ability to travel internationally
