Responsibilities:

1. Act as point of contact for the key Sales stakeholders. Understand their interests and motivations, develop strategies, translating needs into functional and technical requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements, end-to-end process, in alignment with Bombardier strategy and architecture, securing high quality standard and use of best practices, aligned with market trends.
2. Control, evaluate and prioritize the Sales demand in collaboration with IT Core functions and Business partners applying an end-to-end view, promoting standardization, integration, and fostering innovation.
3. Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting problems reported by Sales end-user(s).

As our ideal candidate:

1. You hold a university Degree in Management or Computer Science or equivalent.
2. You have 10 years of relevant experience in IT CRM Solution like SAP and Salesforce.
3. You have 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Architecture, Applications / Business / IT Consulting / Aerospace.
4. You have strong leadership and analytical skills.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
