SCHEDULE: Full-Time

DIRECT REPORTS: N/A

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for handling insured/broker account receivables, inquiries and concerns on various billing payments, NSFs, and collections at a policy level while ensuring a high level of customer service to our broker network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

  • Manage incoming phone calls from insureds and brokers
  • Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with customer or broker inquiries regarding account statuses
  • Various processing tasks (policy payments, updating banking information, etc.)
  • Closely work alongside the other Billing Representatives
  • Various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the Customer Service field
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field isconsidered an asset
  • Customer service orientated
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven conflict management and resolution skills
