Job summary

A local care organization in Penrith seeks dedicated Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This role is open to men and women of all ages, with or without experience. Responsibilities include providing person-centred support, encouraging autonomy, and responding to challenging situations. Positions available in full-time or part-time capacities, with comprehensive benefits including paid training and annual leave.

Qualifications

  • All applicants will be required to complete a DBS.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening and weekends on a rota basis.
