A leading service provider in Australia is seeking a Senior Digital Support Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support. This role involves leading complex issue resolution, managing Level 2 and 3 support for various platforms, and administering Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in IT support, strong automation skills, and holds relevant certifications. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based out of Welshpool, WA.

As a Senior Digital Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality IT support across Service Stream’s national operations. This senior‑level position combines service desk leadership with deep technical expertise in End User Computing (EUC) and digital workplace technologies. You’ll be the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and will drive strategic improvements to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile delivery team, based out of our Welshpool Office in WA.
