Introduction

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Minerals Sales team. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the department. Based in our West Perth office, this role will report into the VP, Mineral Sales. We are happy to offer some flexibility in our working arrangements after the initial training period.

Team you belong to

You will join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Account Managers and Technology Managers who work on the value of Getting it Done Together. Our team members are based around Australia and Indonesia.

What you’ll do

  1. Be the CRM super user providing technical support and training to end users, ensuring effective Salesforce use, troubleshooting issues, and training the sales team.
  2. Participate in CRM system and process development.
  3. Manage CRM compliance, ensuring accurate and compliant CRM data.
  4. Work closely with data analysts and manage Business Intelligence for the Minerals business.
  5. Manage Customer Satisfaction practices and analyze customer feedback.
  6. Liaise with teams within the company including the legal team and marketing team for marketing of events.
  7. Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building events to motivate and inform the team.
  8. Support sales processes and manage quotes for timely submission.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to support sales targets and business needs.
  10. Work closely with leaders to establish effective practices and organize Sales events for customers and sales.
  11. Manage sales merchandise inventory and its ongoing ordering process at the department level.
  12. Provide ad-hoc executive assistant support.

Who you are

  1. Results-driven with a strong understanding of CRM systems (like Salesforce).
  2. Strong data analysis skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Advanced knowledge of MS suite of products including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Strong organization skills.
  6. Good time management.
