What you\'ll be doing

This role is pivotal to delivering a compelling customer experience in the implementation of our market leading software and taking our clients on a transformation journey. You\'ll live our values every day by creating deep partnerships with customers to deliver game changing multi-product programs. • Partner with our consultants and customers to ensure tailored solution designs.
• Successfully lead multi-product projects by initiating, planning, executing, controlling and delivering the work of the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Drive great outcomes for our customers through exceptional project management and governance practices.
• Be a Culture Driver within the team and make the impossible possible.
• Ensure close control of implementation changes, project scope, schedule and budget.
• Be a dynamic leader, guiding your team to achieve their best and your customers to adopt the solution rather than adapt it on their transformation journey.
• Challenge the status quo to improve our processes and services.
• Experience as a Project / Program Manager implementing ERP with projects ranging from a few hundred thousand to multi-million dollars
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Must have either Consulting or Vendor experience
• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and engaging stakeholders to achieve great outcomes
• Great communication skills, be detail oriented and comfortable diving into details when needed
• A Project Management certification would be beneficial
