Job description

Based at our Kilsyth offices in Melbourne. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple national store development and logistics projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What you will do:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping to close-out
• Deliver multiple projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Prepare budgets, reports, and schedules to monitor project performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Lead customer-focused activities including meetings, reporting, and issue resolution
• Work within dedicated project management team
• Drive process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency

Requirements

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in logistics, retail, or FMCG
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects across multiple locations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); WMS/TMS experience highly regarded
• Financial acumen and risk management skills are an advantage
