About the role

We have a great opportunity in our national Marketing & BD team for a Marketing & BD Advisor based in Sydney. This is a "hands-on" role with lots of variety across the full spectrum of Marketing & BD activities. It includes a combination of general day-to-day support and project-based work. We are looking for an organised and energetic person to help support our team, lawyers and partners across all practice areas. This role would be ideal for a marketing coordinator looking for the next step.

You will have a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the development and management of traditional and digital marketing campaigns such as client alerts and publications, social media, events and invites
  • Supporting bids & tenders including the drafting and coordination of lawyer profiles
  • Database and website activities including building and maintaining client distribution lists
  • A range of internal and external communications, such as internal marketing reports, publications, creating and updating content for our website and social media activities
  • Admin support including responding to ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders
  • Contributing to, and helping with, local and national firm projects across the team
About you

We are looking for a candidate who has tertiary qualifications in marketing or a business-related discipline. If you are curious, have good oral and written communication skills, organisational skills and amazing attention to detail, we want to talk to you.
