Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions.
Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other creative sourcing methods to identify potential candidates on various platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent availability and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine specific candidate requirements and target profiles.
LinkedIn Expertise
Leverage the power of LinkedIn to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.
Utilize LinkedIn's advanced search capabilities and features to identify passive candidates who align with our organization's needs.
Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage with potential candidates and initiate conversations.
Stay updated on the latest LinkedIn trends, features, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Data Management and Reporting
Track and maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate regular reports and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and provide insights for process improvement.
Analyze sourcing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for talent acquisition optimization.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
Proven experience in candidate sourcing, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn as a primary sourcing tool, with a deep understanding of its search capabilities and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methodologies.
