Job Description:

A reputable hospital in Dubai is seeking DHA Licensed Nurses to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care across various medical departments. The role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety, in accordance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care & Patient Management:
  • Deliver direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
  • Assist in diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Compliance & Quality Standards:
  • Ensure all nursing practices comply with DHA standards and hospital policies.
  • Adhere to infection control, health, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Participate in training, development programs, and hospital accreditation activities.
Patient & Family Education:
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication adherence, and discharge care.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and relatives.
Operational & Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
  • Ensure availability of medical supplies and functional equipment.
  • Maintain hygiene and readiness of patient rooms and nursing stations.
  • Respond promptly in emergency situations, including performing CPR or first aid.
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Certification:
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (minimum 3-year program).
  • Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter Mandatory.
  • BLS/ACLS certification (as required by department or specialty).
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, either in the UAE or internationally.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
  • Compassionate, professional, and ethical approach to patient care.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
