Responsible for digitalizing and accurately attributing documents to the electronic document management system.
• Maintain and organize company/project/department electronic document systems' filing and records for easy retrieval and proper documentation within the corporate guidelines.
• Ensure the receipt acknowledgements, safekeeping, and distribution of commitments (i.e., contracts, agreements, joint ventures, variations, memorandums of understanding, etc.).
• Guarantee a reliable source of information in terms of documentation, agreements, and proper channels.
• Monitor the flow of borrowed documents from the document control room.
• Support corporate archiving functions as required.
• Maintain and adhere to confidentiality requirements for and on behalf of the department.
• Any other additional duties that may be required by the line manager.
Professionally qualified/relevant degree/diploma, plus experience in similar or related roles.
3-5 years in a related field.
