As Creative Director for Digital Products, you will play a key role in conceptualising, building, presenting, and delivering visually compelling and functionally rich digital solutions for household-name companies.

Working at the intersection of Creative Design and Digital Systems, you must combine creative imagination and system thinking equally. You will work on aesthetically beautiful digital systems with enormous complexity, scope, and scale. Your portfolio of digital work will need to reflect your capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences.

Possessing a strong intuition that drives your approach, you always remain mindful of the overall strategy behind the work. Our ideal candidate can lead, collaborate, mentor, and inspire, offering a unique perspective and creative insight to internal multi-discipline teams and customer stakeholders. Most importantly, this person will inspire those around them with beautiful aesthetics.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Experience Design and the wider cross-disciplinary team to bring new ideas to life.
• Develop and execute innovative, creative strategies that support project objectives and deliver results.
• Present ideas and concepts to both clients and prospects.
• Inspire and motivate the team to produce exceptional work.
• Balance multiple clients and projects across the agency.
• Work cross-discipline to turn ideas into reality across various mediums.
• Establish the style and visual direction across multiple platforms, such as web and mobile.
• Foster progressive thinking and continually push creative boundaries.
• 7+ years of experience in creative digital design for leading brands with a portfolio demonstrating your ability in the digital space on complex digital projects.
• A highly conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into scalable digital solutions with a passion for UI.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, able to engage clients and colleagues.
• Ability to concept and design for motion graphics (animation skills are a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of visual design, brand development, and the creative process.
• Passion for typography, colour, illustration, motion, and technology.
• An instinct to lead with vision, creative inspiration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable experience designing websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
• Willingness to oversee production when necessary; strong attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of Figma, Design Systems (desirable), Motion Graphics and Interaction Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Accessibility (desirable).
• Ideally, you will have industry knowledge in one or more of the following verticals: Travel and hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, or e-commerce.
