Job description

This is a client acquisition role where the incumbent is expected to acquire new customers for offering Invoice Bazaar’s products viz Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, e-Commerce Finance and any other fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire Mid-Sized Enterprise (SME) to Large customers to Invoice Bazaar by prospecting them from various lead sources.
  2. Manage independent sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure all deals are updated.
  3. Deliver on revenue targets and ensure that numbers are tracked.
  4. Complete client onboarding on the in-house technology platform and help with KYC.
  5. Work along with the Relationship Management team to hand over clients once they are acquired for day-to-day management.
  6. Coordinate with the Operations team for escalations/client issues.
  7. Manage legal documentation completion and be responsible from origination to drawdown of the facility.
  8. Assist the Relationship Management team with existing clients in case of any escalations/challenges.
  9. Create a business plan and be present on all Business Development calls to update on the status of deals.
  10. Be responsible for revenues, number of new client acquisitions, as well as for portfolio management.

Experience/Skills:

  1. 12+ years of Business Development background in the financial services industry.
  2. Passion for technology and its impact on financing.
  3. Relevant experience in dealing with Small and Mid-Sized companies.
  4. Able to make independent decisions with responsibility and accountability.
  5. Die-hard optimism, ability to maintain positivity in uncertainty, with above-average EQ and IQ.
