The Training Executive is responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the Learning & Development Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Training Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Qualifications
  1. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  2. Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Coordinator in a larger operation.
  3. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
