We are recruiting a TMS (Terminal Management System) Supervisor who is responsible for effective POS software support and general POS hardware/software maintenance and support. Must be able to define, maintain, and program POS databases, as well as ensuring the POS terminals ready for deployment have completed the Quality Assurance certification in all respects and provide the best-in-class service. The responsibilities will include:
Education/Certifications:
• A university degree preferably in IT, CIS or related subjects.
Experience:
• 4+ years experience in technical support experience and/or database development.
• Experience in Merchant Acquiring.
• Experience working with credit card terminals, POS equipment, registers, touch screens, and scanners is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
• Basic understanding of/ eagerness to learn card processing, merchant acquiring and Fintech products, services, processes and related risks and controls.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Strong English language, Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in tech support or help desk role.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and forward-thinking.
