Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates.

Job Summary: The Recruitment and Employee Engagement Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and enhances employee engagement to ensure retention. This role focuses on managing talent sourcing, utilizing ATS for screening, developing job offers, and assisting onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the construction industry, with a focus on sourcing top talent for both operational and managerial roles.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining candidate database.
  3. Ensure excellent communication and organizational skills throughout the recruitment cycle.
  4. Implement talent acquisition strategies, manage teams, and enhance candidate experience in various sectors including Pharmaceuticals and Engineering.
  5. Support Talent Acquisition by managing administrative tasks, coordinating hiring processes, and enhancing employer branding while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  2. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  3. Strong communication skills and experience in recruitment.
  4. Experience in the Oil and Gas, Energy, Logistics, or Pharmaceuticals sectors is preferred.
