Senior Manager Business Finance Commercial/ Operations

Senior Manager Business Finance – Commercial/ Operations drives the financial strategy, performance and analytics for the business unit. This role manages the financial analysis requirements from stakeholders. Manages the delivery of complex commercial/Operations finance problems designs the overall roadmap to enable advanced analytics, oversees financial risk in strategic projects, guides annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and facilitates performance reviews and management reporting. Additionally, the position advises on compliance issues, corrective actions, and liaises with the central Finance function to ensure financial practices are aligned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum experience of 8 years in financial management, with a proven track record of leading financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to manage Executive Level Stakeholders on a regular basis
• Strong understanding of data analytics and capability to manage large data sets
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial risk and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating meetings and reporting to senior management.
