Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment Spare Parts
One of our clients, a company specializing in Trading and Contracting, is currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager for a position based in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Oversee and coordinate sales activities in the UAE, the Gulf region, and export markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for heavy equipment spare parts.
- Customer & Market Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position our products effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and follow best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and insights for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales laws, and industry regulations.
- Financial & Performance Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in aftermarket spare parts for heavy equipment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- In-depth understanding of heavy equipment spare parts, pricing, and demand.
- Familiarity with sales laws, export regulations, and logistics.
