Senior Executive @ Roha | Global Talent Acquisition, Sourcing Excellence

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Functions: As a head, take full responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that achieves sales targets of the Company, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.

Work Functions:

  1. Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements
  2. Responsible for Budgeting & Achieving sales targets
  3. Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers
  4. Make regular visits to all Key customers
  5. Trend & market conditions
  6. Customer requirements
  7. Market requirements
  8. Price & competitors
  9. Business opportunities
  10. Develop the pricing
  11. New product identification and development
  12. Responsible for the overall performance of the sales team
  13. MIS Reporting – Monthly & Quarterly
  14. Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required
  15. Should be willing to take up a position as a commercial head.
  16. Make regulations, work systems & procedures for the Marketing Department
  17. Responsibility for achieving the Gross Margin

Position Criteria:

  1. Graduate, preferably with a management degree
  2. Minimum Experience of 5 - 10 years in Sales & Marketing of Food colors
  3. Knowledge of SAP is preferable
  4. Understanding of related products in the market
  5. Candidate must be based in UAE or Saudi Arabia
