Job description

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Executive to support the growing Consumer Sales FMCG business delivering Fonterra GM, volume, and market share. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Ownership and responsibility of assigned markets ensuring delivery of top line and bottom line.
  • Work closely with the customer service and demand planning team on forecast by country to reflect correct demand.
  • Establish Joint Business Planning (JBP) with distributors to review against set scorecard for all channels
  • Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports against agreed objectives with distributor and devise remedial action where necessary to ensure all aligned KPIs are being delivered as per the alignment.
  • Drive Perfect Store 5 Ps in line with Fonterra Global Standards
  • Develop a culture that leverages global best in class thinking on Revenue Growth Management for PPA, Promotion Effectiveness and Trade Investment Management
  • Generate insights, performance, operations, strategies/plans for competitors, customers and channels through effective business partnering with distributors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure all launch activities required to meet brand, channel and customer objectives are executed through effective distributor management.
  • Lead the development and deployment of the Route to Market Strategy which delivers cost effective and efficient business
  • Ad-Hoc reporting as and when required.

You would possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of partnership management with distributors/customers
  • Strong sales profile with an affinity for marketing and communication
  • Knowledge of the UAE market
  • Strong skills in RTM/RGM Management, building scorecards and promo planning
  • A good understanding of P/L
  • Executional excellence
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Power BI would be advantageous.
