Role: Head of Service/Head Waiter

A distinguished VIP client is seeking an experienced, refined, and proactive Head of Service/Head Waiter to provide outstanding service management for a private residence in Dubai, UAE.

As Head of Service, this role requires expertise and leadership of a F&B service team, providing upscale dining, exceptional attention to detail, and delivering a personalised, discreet, and seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing and delivering impeccable table-service for formal meals.
2. Overseeing mise-en-place and managing pristine dining spaces.
3. Working closely with chefs and managing service staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely service.
4. Ensuring impeccable attention to detail for dietary needs and offering beverage-pairing knowledge and suggestions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive team leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, a thorough understanding of dining etiquette, and excellent communication and operational management skills.

A polished demeanour and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required.
