Retention Executive & Tele Sales

Globelink Marketing Services LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in selling products and services via tele sales. We are looking for passionate and experienced Tele Sales Executives.

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive - Arabic

• Experience: 1 - 3 Years
• Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to clients, provide property details, qualify leads, and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong communication and customer service.
2. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.
3. Engage customers through telephone to promote property solutions, manage objections, and convert leads into sales.
4. Calling daily (80 to 100 calls) existing clients and cold calling new clients to produce high quality leads.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fluency in Arabic and English.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Basic computer skills.
