Job description

A CFD Forex Brokerage is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, providing strategic trading insights, and ensuring a high level of customer service to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and key clients.
2. Provide market insights and trading guidance to clients, ensuring they are well informed about market trends.
3. Promote the company’s trading products and services while identifying opportunities for business growth.
4. Work closely with sales and trading teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance in the onboarding process and throughout the client lifecycle.
6. Monitor client activity and provide proactive support to maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in forex brokerage or client relationship management.
3. Strong understanding of forex trading and financial markets.
4. Proven sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-value client relationships.
5. Results-driven with a focus on client retention and revenue growth.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in forex, financial services, or wealth management.
