They will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of construction workers on site by providing medical care, implementing health and safety protocols, and promoting a safe working environment. This role involves both emergency response and preventive health measures to minimize workplace injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for injuries and illnesses occurring on the construction site.
• Assess and treat minor injuries and coordinate with external medical facilities for serious cases.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of treatment provided.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections and risk assessments on the construction site.
• Monitor workers' health conditions related to exposure to hazardous substances or conditions.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of health surveillance programs.
• Act as a liaison between workers, management, and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and documentation.
