Our client, a leading organization in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the hiring process and onboarding new employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural fit for the company.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
