The client is looking for motivated and success-driven individuals to join their elite team of Property Advisors. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
  2. Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective marketing to attract potential buyers.
  3. Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish, including negotiation and signing of contracts.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.
  5. Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring personalized and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
  6. Organisation: Manage and revisit old inquiries while keeping track of workload and time management regarding properties.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
  2. Fluency in English is essential; bilingual candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
  3. Experience working with international clients or a willingness to engage with a global clientele.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  5. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for real estate.
  6. A driving license is a plus but not required.
