AIQU is hiring for an Oracle Unifier PMO for the Abu Dhabi, UAE work location.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Requirement:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Unifier PMO to lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Unifier within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and project-managing Oracle Unifier and a strong understanding of business process management. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred, with a deep understanding of integrations with other enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, Aconex, and other relevant platforms.

  • Must have experience in implementing/project managing the implementation of Oracle Unifier.
  • Ideally, experience in a real estate business to understand the links to other systems e.g. Fusion, Aconex, etc.
  • Understand business process management and align/update as required.
  • Basic PM skills required to manage timelines, workshops, status reporting, risk management, and the ability to engage at multiple levels of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and project managing Oracle Unifier.
  • Strong understanding of business process management and the ability to align/update processes effectively.
  • Experience in the real estate sector or similar industries, with knowledge of system integrations like Oracle Fusion and Aconex.
  • Basic project management skills, including timeline management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, drive user training, and facilitate system adoption across business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP, Aconex, Primavera P6, or other enterprise project management tools.
  • Prior experience in change management and business process transformation.
