Project Director

Company Overview: Our client is a prominent player in the real estate industry, particularly known for its upscale and luxurious property developments. They are recognized for delivering high-quality projects that blend innovative architecture with high-end amenities.

Position: Project Director - High Rise Residential

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 85,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of a multi-storey high-end residential project in the Marina, from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Oversee procurement and management of project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Director or similar senior leadership role in high-rise and high-end residential projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, high-end residential developments from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
