Roles

Oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscaping projects.

Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and management.

Develop strategies for efficient resource allocation and utilization.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Conduct feasibility studies and assess project requirements.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Resource Management:

Coordinate the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Monitor resource utilization to avoid delays or wastage.

Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.

Budget Management:

Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures.

Team Coordination:

Facilitate collaboration between design, operations, and site teams.

Provide leadership and guidance to ensure project milestones are met.

Resolve conflicts or bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Track project progress and generate regular status reports for management and clients.

Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Client Relations:

Engage with clients to understand their expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Address client concerns or changes in project scope promptly.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in project delivery.

Duties:

Create and maintain project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.

Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve on-ground challenges.

Review and approve project designs, estimates, and timelines.

Collaborate with HR to plan workforce requirements based on project demands.

Update stakeholders regularly on project status and potential delays.

Identify and implement innovative techniques for landscaping projects.

Train team members on planning protocols and best practices.

Occupational and Workplace Health and Safety Responsibilities:

All employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. Employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these updates.

Information Security Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies.
  2. Be aware of and fulfill their information security responsibilities.
  3. Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information has taken the Security Awareness Training.
  4. Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
  5. Not disable OS firewall and/or Antivirus.
  6. Restrict use to authorized purposes and protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords.
  7. Accept accountability for individual user accounts and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields (mandatory):
  • Landscape Architecture
  • Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project management, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing medium-to-large-scale landscaping projects.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
  • Landscaping industry experience.
  • Good experience in Claims and EOTs.
  • Managing a team with 5+ members.
