Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a proven track record in process package equipment manufacturing for the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Lead project planning for data centers and commercial projects, conduct delay analysis, prepare claims, and utilize P6 software for scheduling.
2. Develop and implement supply planning strategies to align with business goals and market demand.
3. Analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to ensure optimal inventory management.
4. Develop and execute integrated media strategies, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns while collaborating with stakeholders.
5. Manage project planning, oversight, and coordination while ensuring resource management and adherence to standards in a fit-out environment.
6. Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning while managing performance indicators and providing insights for decision-making.
7. Oversee planning, scheduling, and reporting for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with authorities while managing contractor claims and risk assessments.
8. Oversee rigging operations, develop plans, ensure safety compliance, and manage teams with strong project management expertise in the oil and gas industry.
9. Lead Planning Team for cost-effective scheduling, compliance with HSE policies, and turnaround management, requiring expertise in Planning and Primavera.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15 - 26 Years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, finance).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project management.
