We are looking to hire an Operations Manager (Road Transportation) based in AUH.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of road transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, and driver management.
  • Monitor fleet performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods or services.
  • Manage and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce fuel costs.
  • Implement best practices for maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Lead and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and other transportation staff.
  • Provide training and development to ensure team members adhere to safety standards, customer service expectations, and regulatory requirements.
