Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operations for the business.

Operational Leadership & Strategy
  • Manage and supervise cross-functional teams, including Business, Compliance & Risk, Finance, Customer Support, Technical Development, and Product Management.
  • Ensure operational readiness for multiple projects by orchestrating cross-departmental coordination.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that are aligned with company goals such as, but not limited to; Standard Operational Procedures, workflows, and performance KPIs - translating the plans into actionable initiatives.
  • Align operational execution with business-approved objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs. Document and maintain operational procedures.
Web3 and Blockchain Operations
  • Oversee various on-chain transactions, transaction monitoring on custody providers.
  • Optimize liquidity management and fiat settlement mechanisms.
  • Ensure seamless interaction between wallets, exchanges, and payment rails.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
  • Basic knowledge about AML/KYC procedures in Web3 field.
Product & Customer Experience
  • Enhance the user journey and overall customer experience, integrating project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro and CS platforms like Zendesk and Slack.
  • Work closely with tech team to optimize the product offering and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in operations with hands on digital assets and web3 industry exposure.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute complex projects.
  • Experience with customer journey design, project management tools, and support operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a startup and being comfortable with fast-paced and adapting environments.
