The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements and services. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Coordination:
    Oversee the end-to-end travel booking process, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
    Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the timely delivery of services.
  2. Customer Service:
    Provide exceptional support to clients throughout their travel journey, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  3. Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and implement best practices.
    Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure service quality and operational effectiveness.
    Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align operations with business goals.
    Train and support team members on operational procedures and best practices.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and operational activities.
    Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
  5. Problem Resolution:
    Manage and resolve operational issues, including disruptions, cancellations, and service failures.
    Develop contingency plans and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to handle unexpected situations.
