Materials Engineer

Seeking a skilled Material Engineer with expertise in construction materials, quality assurance, and strong analytical skills for effective project support.

The role involves developing, testing, and recommending materials based on specifications, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise material performance and quality control for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and managing contractor submissions and testing.
2. Coordinate materials testing, supervise sampling, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain records for infrastructure projects requiring a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
3. Oversee material lifecycle management, item categorization, and ERP integration while ensuring compliance and quality assurance in procurement and inventory handling.
4. Manage material logistics, coordinate shipping documentation, and ensure material availability for construction projects in the industrial sector.
5. Lead corrosion control and material selection for pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with standards, mentoring engineers, and managing multidisciplinary teams.
6. Supervise tests and sampling on site, ensure material quality, and assist in quality control with a degree in Civil Engineering and strong communication skills.
7. Responsible for material planning, inventory management, process improvement, and collaboration with teams to meet production schedules and customer demands.

Position Overview: The General Manager of Trading will be responsible for overseeing all trading activities within the organization, driving strategic initiatives to optimize performance.
