Key Responsibilities:
Communication Plans and Campaign Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and marketing collaterals.
Oversee 360 campaign management to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
Stay ahead of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Implement cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
Media Buying and Delivery:
Support media buying processes, ensuring timely delivery and optimal placement of ads.
Collaborate with media partners to enhance brand visibility.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data competency to analyze segmentation, targeting, and performance metrics.
Maintain quarterly report submissions to AVME, providing insights and recommendations.
Event Planning and Execution:
Assist in planning and executing events, including product launches and placements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
Agency and Supplier Management:
Foster strong relationships with agency partners to meet business objectives.
Source suppliers as needed to support business requests and ensure quality deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Lead Marketing Executive.
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, and digital tracking tools.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
