Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead the branding, promotion, and sales strategy for our vibrant party hotel. This role is perfect for a creative, high-energy individual who understands nightlife, entertainment, and hospitality marketing. You will be responsible for boosting occupancy, increasing F&B revenue, and making our hotel the hottest party destination.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to position the hotel as a premier party destination.
- Establish and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms.
- Create compelling content, visuals, and videos that reflect the hotel’s party vibe.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with engaging posts and viral content.
- Oversee SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and email marketing to drive bookings.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
3. Events & Partnerships
- Plan and promote themed parties, DJ nights, pool parties, and other high-energy events.
- Build partnerships with local clubs, entertainment agencies, influencers, and travel companies.
- Work closely with the F&B team to market special promotions, brunches, and exclusive VIP experiences.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase room occupancy and F&B sales, Event, parties, through promotions and packages.
- Identify and target key markets, including young travelers, social influencers, and partygoers.
- Work with OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) to maximize online visibility.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment marketing.
- Expertise in social media, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Strong network in the party, nightlife, and influencer industry.
- Experience in event planning, sponsorships, and PR.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing KPIs and sales reports.
- Highly creative, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated leader focused on achieving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Additional Information:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM software, analytics tools, content management systems, etc.).
