We are currently searching for a Managing Director to head up the team from our office opening in Dubai.
As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the UK and UAE based teams, overseeing the strategic direction of the Company. You will be responsible for the development and culture of success and continuous improvement, providing significant presence to the business, providing clarity of mission internally whilst driving the commercial and strategic objectives of the business.
Provide effective and strategic leadership:
- Develop, implement and lead on the Company’s short-, medium- and long-term strategic goals, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead and manage direct reports to KPI’s and objectives
- Oversee and manage the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and teams.
- Develop direct reports for succession.
- Create and foster a culture of success.
- Be a hands-on leader whilst delivering the boards vision and effectively running our organisation.
Achieve and Exceed Financial Measures
- Assume full responsibility for the P&L.
- Analyse commercial performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Present financial updates and growth plans to stakeholders and external partners as required.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrate and make decisions based on commercial fact.
- Represent the Company at key events.
Drive Sales and Marketing Excellence
- Develop and execute strategies in alignment with business growth objectives.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and demand generation.
- Set the strategic direction of the sales team, working closely with the Sales Manager to support conversion rates and team performance.
- Ensure collaboration between sales and marketing to align messaging and optimise the customer journey.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt commercial strategies accordingly.
- Champion digital innovation, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools to enhance performance.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Enhance Operational Efficiency
- Ensure operational processes and systems are robust, scalable, and support business growth.
- Champion quality, consistency, and service excellence across all functions.
- Identify inefficiencies and introduce cost-effective solutions across departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve internal collaboration and alignment.
- Track and report on key operational metrics to the Board and senior stakeholders.
Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement
- Promote a learning mindset and encourage innovation at all levels of the organisation.
- Regularly assess internal and external factors to identify threats and opportunities.

Key skills and attributes
- Experience working at a senior level leadership role across sales, marketing or operations.
- Previous experience managing multi-faceted department
- Experience in off market planning advantageous
