Job description

Job Title: Manager - Accounts and Finance

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 AED + standard benefits

Mandate Requirement: CA, experience in Holding Company Accounting, Inter-Company Transactions, Consolidation, and Reconciliation

We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager who:

  • Can oversee the financial management and consolidation processes across multiple entities within holding company structures in adherence to international accounting standards.
  • Has strong experience in managing multi-entity and multi-geography consolidations, and a deep understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Oversees the consolidation of financial results for multiple subsidiaries and holding companies in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Prepares consolidated financial statements, including inter-company transactions and adjustments.
  • Prepares quarterly and annual financial reports for the group, ensuring consistency across all entities.
  • Oversees the accounting and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, loans, and transfers.
  • Supports the tax team in ensuring accurate tax reporting and optimization strategies for the group.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve consolidation processes, including automation and standardization of reporting across subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Must be a CA/ACCA or any equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, ideally in a multi-entity, international holding company structure.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial consolidation.
