Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Specialist role located in Umm Al Quwain at ASC HARDCAR International. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, utilizing analytical skills to optimize supply chain management, providing exceptional customer service, and handling export processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all logistics operations including shipment planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Handle export/import procedures and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and submit export permit applications, particularly with MOFA and SIRA, when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and clearance documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of SIRA and MOFA export permit application processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
