We are delighted to be working with a listed investments group in the UAE, who are recruiting for an Investor Relations Manager to join their team. They are a publicly listed, diversified holding group, and operate several listed subsidiaries. Debt Capital Markets experience is particularly important for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Involved in building an IR strategy for the group, engaging with analysts and other external stakeholders.
2. Engaging with existing and future shareholders to understand investor perceptions and involvement in communication of earnings reports and annual releases.
3. Regular engagement with strategy and communication peers, arranging investor days and events.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of total experience, must come from an IR role currently, with a publicly listed entity.
2. An understanding of financial models and reports (a background in banking would be a plus).
3. Must have an understanding of DCM (and ECM).
