Job Scope

The role is responsible for managing the recruitment process to fulfill business needs by identifying and selecting high-quality candidates in a timely manner. This involves maintaining constant communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Posting open positions
  2. Building talent pipelines for frequently hired roles
  3. Assisting with assessment centers
  4. Preparing and generating recruitment-related reports
  5. Ensuring that a thorough selection process is followed

The role also includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting phone screenings, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements and Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in recruitment or a similar HR role in UAE
  • Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work with LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, and Indeed for sourcing candidates
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic
