Role:

As our HR Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping FreedX's high-performance culture and setting up HR operations from the ground up. You will partner closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our rapid growth and ambitious goals. This role demands a strategic thinker, a hands-on mentality and someone who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic, crypto-native environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Culture Building: Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with FreedX's values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees, address concerns, and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and goal achievement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize HR data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and the challenges of a global workforce.
  • Experience in building and scaling HR functions in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
